i almost woudl ve given a good review, but the 1 ply toilet paper and pushing my bags up to a far room changed my mind. the air conditioning broke, and i had to call maintenance. i expected a complimentary gesture for all my troubles! definitely not the luxury experience i anticipated, very disappointing.

We stayed with our grandkids, and the spacious rooms were fantastic! The hotel had a vibrant atmosphere, and we loved the cozy seating arrangements found throughout. Being close to the golf club made for a fun afternoon outing with the family!
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

Chandra at the front desk greeted me warmly upon arrival. She recognized my Gold Elite status, which made me feel appreciated. The lobby had a cozy vibe with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated, equipped with a large smart TV to watch Netflix. The bed felt comfortable, though a bit firm for my liking. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness. I experienced a bit of road noise due to the busy street nearby, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The location worked well, situated inside a shopping complex with various restaurants and shops. I enjoyed breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Toasted Oak. The food was good, though the breakfast potatoes were surprisingly cold and stale. Also, only one elevator was working during my stay, causing slight delays. Overall, it was a solid stay with room for improvement.

Family with children friendly experience
The front desk staff was super friendly, especially Jackson. He let us check in at an early hour when we were exhausted after a long drive, and it made all the difference for our family. We appreciated the free snacks and beverages in the lobby, which came in handy for my kids throughout our stay.
It wasn't exactly economical, but still reasonable for what we got.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities
Enjoyed our stay for a hockey tournament with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The lobby with its cozy fireplace was welcoming. Dining options nearby made meals convenient. Opt for a higher floor to avoid noise. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was satisfying with generous portions.
